If you leave natto as it is, it will be sticky, so I tried to make it easier to eat. Add sakura shrimp and sesame seeds, which are said to have other nutrients, to increase nutritional value!
Mix natto, sakura shrimp, and white sesame seeds well and beat. (Make it a little finer than hikiwari natto)
Add flour and mix well.
Prepare two spoons and warm up by sprinkling olive oil in a frying pan.
Wet both spoons, remove 2, and put them in a frying pan. (Push it out with one spoon)
Once lightly browned, take it out on a plate or the like.
Sprinkle olive oil in the frying pan again and bake the other side of the one served in step 5. (If you turn it over as it is with one side baked, it will stick together)
