I tried making it for the first time as a petit celebration dish, but it was a complete meal in no time (*^^*) If you make it with bread, it's over calories, so I made it with fu. Considering nutritional balance, the remaining egg liquid was made into scrambled eggs, mixed with steamed and chopped mizuna, bell peppers, and cottage cheese to garnish.
Soak the fu in water beforehand and let it soften for a few minutes.
When the fu is soft, remove it and squeeze out the water.
Break eggs into a bowl, add dog milk, and mix further. About 100cc of dog milk is good for one egg.
Put the squeezed fu in 3 and soak for at least 1 hour. My house prepared it the night before and let it sit overnight.
Arrange 4 in a Teflon-coated frying pan and cook slowly over low heat until the inside is cooked.
If you like, I think it's good to sprinkle a little honey on it.
