The October Coco Gourmet arrangement recipe is a Halloween pudding using amazake and pumpkin!
Dissolve 2.5g of gelatin in hot water. Add amazake, 10ml of water, and dissolved gelatin together and stir.

When the pumpkin mousse becomes smooth, put it on top of the chilled and hardened Coco Gourmet, flatten it, and cut it off
Finish by topping eyes and mouth
