A simple recipe where you just put vegetables in a rice cooker and cook them! If there are any “hatomugi” and seaweed that have a diuretic effect, I would like you to add them.
Take the rice and add a little more water than the scale of the rice cooker for the time being.
Cut the vegetables at about 8mm squares. ※It's mostly OK (^^)
Put millet, hatomugi, wakame seaweed, and cut vegetables in a rice cooker.
Adjust the amount of water.
* Since we have elderly dogs, add water to a little less than the vegetables cover so that they can cook like an old man.
When it's cooked, stir it and it's done ♪
Serve steamed chicken fillet as a topping, sprinkle a pack of dried bonito flakes, or add meat or fish if you like.
☆ Notes ☆
This recipe depends on the amount of vegetables, but 2 bowls of 4.3kg Dax and 2.2kg Toypoo are about 3 days worth.
☆ Advice ☆
Refrigerate if it's left over. * If you take it out of the refrigerator, add hot water and ask them to loosen the rice, it will be easy and just the right temperature and easier to eat (^^)
