The point is to make everything bite-sized so that you can eat it in one bite even outside. I made it using ingredients that digest well so that it's okay to exercise too much.
[Hamburger steak] Add minced meat, cabbage, grated carrots, and a little bread crumbs melted in milk and knead. Roll into bite-sized pieces, crush the middle with your fingers, cover with a frying pan, and bake on both sides without oiling.
[Tuna rice balls] Quickly fry cabbage, add rice and tuna and mix. Bite-sized, triangular rice balls are nigiri and ready to go.
[Pancake] Put about 1-2 tablespoons of commercially available pancake mix in a bowl, add milk and mix. If it doesn't come together, put a small amount of eggs in it and put it together. Cover with a frying pan and bake plump.
